These terms apply to your use of www.ibban.in and to every order placed on it. The website is run by IBBAN INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Ratanpur Kalan, 6 KM Pakbara–Dhingarpur Road, Near SEZ, Moradabad 244102, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 09AADCI7100D1Z0). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate details and not to misuse the website.

2. Products

Many of our pieces are handmade, so small differences in embroidery, print and colour are part of their character. Colours can also look different on different screens. Sizes and measurements are given on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery and Cash on Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout. You can pay online through our payment partners, or choose Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.

4. Orders

After you place an order, we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Wholesale orders

We supply boutiques, shops, resellers, online sellers and corporate buyers at wholesale prices. Wholesale orders have a minimum value of ₹10,000. Contact us for wholesale access.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, photos, text and logos, belongs to ibBan and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Grievance redressal

For any complaint, contact us at ibbanindia@gmail.com or +91 88025 05786. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
